Anne (my editor) asked if I wanted to use the same old author shot or send a new one. Given I hate the old one, I jumped at the chance. After dragging my daughter off her Mac (no easy task, let me tell you), we headed out to the garden to grab some shots. In the process, we took some shots of me with my dogs. I’d love to use the first one as my author shot. It’s so me….

    the fluffy one is a sheltie. He’s so cute–but he gets very hot in summer (and his coat is a lot of hard work!)

    haha, i have a springer, and she doesnt have very long fur, but she gets filthy cause.. well we live in england and on a farm :P

    These pictures are absolutely adorable! The first shot is my favorite. :) I have 3 labs(one yellow, onechocolate, and one black) & I’m planning on liberating an adorable little dachshund from a pet store. Your sheltie is so cute…I want one! hehe
