I have to say, I love RT conventions. Not only do they provide a great chance to catch up with my agent, editor, and all the great mates I’ve made over the years, but they’re fantastic fun!

The only bit I dislike is the sheer amount of time it takes me to get to the damn things. Between flight times and the LA layover, I’ll be traveling for a total of 27 hours. Hope you all show some appreciation of the effort by coming up to me at RT and saying hi! You won’t miss me–just look for a short red-head with a funny accent and ten ton bags under her eyes. lol

If you’re not going to RT, but happen to be in the area, you can still come along and say hi, as RT’s giant book fair is once again happening on Sat 16th. There’s over 500 authors signing at the event, which is open to public from 11–2pm. For more details, check out this link
